Dr. C. Thomas Yost, M.D.
Dr. C. Thomas Yost, M.D. established the practice in 1978 after completing his residency. Dr. Yost's training in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery was completed at Eye & Ear Hospital of Pittsburgh. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and his undergraduate degree from Franklin and Marshall College. Dr Yost is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons as well as the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Yost is a qualified American Medical Examiner with the Federal Aviation Administration and offers first, second, and third class FAA physicals.
Dr. Keith Welker, M.D.
Dr. Keith Welker, M.D. has been associated with the practice since 1991. He completed his internship in Surgery and his residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Welker received his medical degree from Penn State University School of Medicine in Hershey, PA. His undergraduate degree was earned at Houghton College. He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
Dr. Emily Cossaboon, Au.D.
Dr. Emily Cossaboon, Au.D. - Earned her Doctorate in Audiology from Salus University. She achieved her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
With over 19 years of experience as an Audiologist serving the hearing impaired community, Dr. Cossaboon specializes in treating patients’ entire auditory needs, making sure they not only have the right devices, but understand how to get the most out of those devices for their daily listening needs.

AMY S. AMADEE, Physician Assistant, is the hands-on assistant to the doctors during office appointments as well as in the operating room during surgeries.

Our CLERICAL STAFF includes courteous and helpful receptionists. They are available to assist you with your scheduling and insurance billing needs. Our on-site transcriptionists work hard to enable timely and accurate record keeping, with caring attention to detail.
